At the beginning of December, the shares of Chinese e-commerce company, Alibaba Group, will be introduced to trading on ATS in Bucharest. This autumn the company debuted on the New York Stock Exchange and it was the biggest IPO in the history of the American Stock Exchange.
The brokerage house Tradeville will introduce shares of Alibaba Group to trading in Bucharest together with shares of four other large companies, quoted on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange: Deutsche Post (one of the biggest courier companies in the world), airlines Lufthansa, financial group Commerzbank and auto parts manufacturer Continental. All these companies engage in operating activity in Romania.
